🎤 Oral Presentation Guidelines
ISERME 2026 Author Information & Presentation Setup
Each oral presentation is allocated 8 mins presentation + 2 mins Q&A. All presentations must be delivered in person. If none of the authors can attend ISERME 2026, it is the authors’ responsibility to arrange a proxy presenter.
⏱️ Timing & Slide Organization
- Pacing: Aim for one slide per minute to maintain a steady and clear presentation pace.
- Complex Content: For slides featuring equations or core concepts, allow up to 2 minutes for a thorough explanation.
- Clarity: Structure slides around your primary takeaways. Keep design simple and clear to support your spoken message.
- Preparation: Practice in advance, ideally in front of a live audience, to refine your timing and delivery.
🖥️ Technical Format & Onsite Setup
- Format: PowerPoint (
.pptx) in 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio is preferred. - Equipment: All presentation rooms are equipped with a computer, data projector, and lectern.
- Arrival: Please arrive at your session venue at least 15 minutes early to meet your session chairs, review the flow, and test your presentation file on the local system.
