To produce world class graduates, create knowledge, provide professional services and outreach activities in the disciplines of engineering and related fields by creating an environment conductive to nurturing the inquiring mind and developing skills for a diversity of challenges, thus contributing to the sustainable, scientific, technological, social and economic development of Sri Lanka.
