With the CES Official Website launch on 22nd of November, 2021, a golden memory was written down on the diaries of the Civil Engineering Students at the Department. On this remarkable day, Civil Engineering Society of University of Moratuwa proudly initiated an official website to showcase talents of the students embracing the tides of new technology. All the staff members, graduates and undergraduates of Civil engineering Department witnessed that blazing moment through a session conducted via Zoom.
The introductory session on “iNFLEXION”, an Annual Mentoring Programme for the undergraduates hosted by the 10th batch of Civil Engineering Department in collaboration with Civil engineering Society was also conducted successfully linking to this programme. The engineers Mr. Poorna Witharana and Mr. Geethanga Wijesinghe from 2010 batch brought up a good introduction on the mentoring programme, opening an outstanding platform for the undergraduates to clarify their doubts to have a great stride towards the future carrier. It was a monumental session for all the Civil Engineering undergraduates of University of Moratuwa paving a golden way towards priceless opportunities.
