We welcome submissions of original research papers related to the conference themes. Please follow the guidelines below for preparing and submitting your manuscript.
Paper Format and Template
Authors are required to format their papers according to the Springer Conference Proceedings Template. Papers that do not conform to this format may be returned without review.
Length: Full papers must be more than 10 pages and must not exceed 20 pages (including references, tables, and figures)
Language: Papers should be written in English.
File Format: Submissions should be in PDF format.

Review Process
All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process, where both the authors’ and reviewers’ identities are concealed to ensure a fair and unbiased evaluation.
Initial Screening: Upon submission, papers will be checked for formatting, length, and overall adherence to the guidelines. Papers not meeting these criteria will be desk-rejected.
Peer Review: Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers will assess the paper based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, clarity of presentation, and contribution to the field.
Revision Process: Authors of papers requiring minor or major revisions will be given an opportunity to revise and resubmit their manuscripts based on the reviewers' comments. The revised papers will undergo another round of review, focusing primarily on the addressed concerns.
Final Decision: Based on the reviewers' evaluations and recommendations, the Program Committee will make the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of the paper. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings and will be presented at the conference.

Anonymization Requirements
To ensure double-blind reviewing, please do not include author names, affiliations, or any identifying information in the manuscript. If referring to your own work, cite it in a way that does not reveal your identity (e.g., use "Author [X]" instead of your name).
