Risk management team analyzes the measures taken to prevent risks from occurring in construction projects. Risks can be categorized as financial losses, loss of lives, loss of resources, loss of time and production depending on the type and impact of the construction. Risk assessment, valuation of losses, and risk control measures are discussed under this key area.
