Construction Quality and safety Management

cq

Safety has become a major concern in many construction projects due to the number of accidents and damages that occur in a project. The construction quality and safety management team monitors the current construction projects and assesses the possible safety precautions to be adopted. Making awareness of possible workplace hazards, minimizing accidents to employees and improving credibility of the company are some of the main objectives of the team.  By implementing safety precautions, quality of the end product can be improved. The studies and research investigate techniques to deliver a high-quality product in a safe manner.
