Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the Convocation Award for the Most Outstanding Graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology which would be awarded at the General Convocation 2026 scheduled to be held on 9th and 10th December 2026.
Students of the following Batches are eligible to apply for the above Award:
- BSc Hons in IT - Batch 21
- BSc Hons in ITM - Batch 21
- BSc Hons in AI - Batch 21
Eligibility Criteria to be fulfilled:
- An Overall GPA exceeding 3.7
- Outstanding Leadership Qualities and Interpersonal Skills
- Active Participation in Extra Curricular Activities
A Portfolio document of self-appraisal, including evidence and outlining how the nominee meets the above eligibility criteria should be annexed to the application
The attendance of the award winner at the General Convocation 2026 is expected.

Duly completed application form, scanned copies of documentary evidence and the self- appraisal document should be handed over to the Assistant Registrar/Faculty of Information Technology and the scanned copy of the same should be uploaded to https://dms.uom.lk/s/2iWxcgmcR4bCXTQ as a single PDF before 28th September 2026 at 3.30 p.m. File should be renamed as "Most Outstanding Graduate of the Faculty of Information Technology 2025 – [Applicant Name]"
