Mrs. Achini Ranaweera, a lecturer (probationary) from Department of Textile and Clothing Technology received the Highly commended award at the 2018 QUT Business School Research Colloquium. The research colloquium had close to 35 participants from all business disciplinesAdvertising, Marketing and Public Relations, Economics and Finance, Management and Accountancy.
Mrs Achini Ranaweera undertakes her PhD in the School of Adverting, Marketing and Public Relations, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. Her PhD research is supervised by Professor Brett Martin and Dr HS Jin.
