The B.Sc. Engineering Degree Program in Department of Textile and Apparel Engineering is the first of its kind in the Sri Lankan University system. The course is conducted over 4 years of study, and includes academic work in 4 levels, a 6-month period of industrial training, and a final year research project. At level 3 of the course the student selects between one of two specializations: Textile Process Engineering or Apparel Production Engineering.
