On 13th September 2024, a guest lecture was organized for Level 04 undergraduates of the Department of Building Economics. The session, titled Building Simulation Techniques using BIM, was conducted by Mr. Ashen Rahubadda, representing the Building Economics and Management Research Unit, University of Moratuwa. This insightful session explored advanced applications of Building Information Modeling in simulating various aspects of building performance, equipping students with cutting-edge knowledge to enhance their professional competencies.
