Insightful guest lecture on project procurement cycle by Mr. Prasath Sanjeewa for final year undergraduates

On January 5th, 2024, the Department of Building Economics at the University of Moratuwa hosted a guest lecture tailored for final year Quantity Surveying and Facilities Management undergraduates. Mr. Prasath Sanjeewa, a Project Quantity Surveyor at HBK Contracting Company W.L.L in Qatar, conducted the session, delving into the intricacies of the "Project Procurement Cycle and Involvement of Quantity Surveyors."
With a Bachelors in Quantity Surveying along with MRICS and MAIQS qualifications, Mr. Prasath brought a wealth of practical knowledge to the lecture. The focus of the session was on the essential role Quantity Surveyors play in the project procurement process.
