The Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the New Building for the Department of Building Economics was held on 27.08.2019 at the auspicious time of 8.30 a.m. Honorable Reverends from neighborhood temples in Katubedda, Moratuwa area, Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Registrar, Bursar, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Professors, Academic and Non-academic staff members of the University, President QS Alumni Association Ch QS Ajith Priyanka, Invitees of the Department of Buildings and Ransavi Construction (Pvt) Ltd and students were present for this ceremony.
