The External Examiners Visitation of the Department of Building Economics was held from 24th to 26th of May 2017, to review the B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and B.Sc. (Hons) in Facilities Management degree programmes. The review panel comprised of Professor Melvyn Lees, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment, Birmingham City University, United Kingdom, Ch.QS. Shantha Fernando, Director, Woodbridge Consultants, and, Mr. Elmo Fernando, General Manager (Projects), Overseas Realty Ceylon PLC, Sri Lanka.
