The External Examiners Visitation of the Department of Building Economics was held from 23rd to 24th of March 2016, to review the Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Facilities Management degree programmes. The review panel comprised of Professor Melvyn Lees, Executive Dean of the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment, Birmingham City University, United Kingdom, Ch.QS. H.D. Chandrasena, Chairman, Cost Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd., and Mr. Remaz Ghouse, Chief Operating Officer, Overseas Reality (Ceylon) PLC., Sri Lanka.
