"Quantity Surveying Alumni Association of Qatar donated four sets of wireless microphones and receivers to the Department on 27th July 2015. With the growing numbers of students in the Department, Public Address systems are becoming essential in delivering lectures. Therefore, this donation is a very timely and resourceful addition for the Student Learning Environment Facilities of the Department of Building Economics. Two Executive Committee members of Quantity Surveying Alumni Association of Qatar, Mr. Chaminda Suraweera and Mr. Bhanuka Senerath, visited the Department to the donate of equipment."
