The 48th Building Economics Management Research Unit (BEMRU) colloquium was held on 26th April 2016. The colloquium was delivered by Prof. David Proverbs, the Associate Dean (International) of the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment Birmingham City University, United Kingdom.
