  • Gold Medal for the Facilities Management Graduand who has obtained the highest Overall Grade Point Average of 3.8 or above at Honours Degree of Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management Examinations, donated by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in year 2017
  • Ceylon Institute of Builders (CIOB) Best Paper Award for Paper titled as “Factors affecting the successful adoption and implementation of energy retrofits in existing hotel buildings” at the seventh World Construction Symposium, held in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 29th June to 1st July 2018.
