The 84th BEMRU Research Colloquium, titled "Sharing Highlights through Optimal Visuals," was held on 6th October 2024 at the Department of Building Economics boardroom. Dr. Sandun Dassanayake from the Department of Decision Sciences, University of Moratuwa, conducted the session. The colloquium focused on enhancing the effectiveness of visual communication in research presentations. Dr. Dassanayake provided valuable insights into optimizing visual content to convey key research findings clearly and impactfully. The session was well-received by the academic staff and research students, offering practical strategies to improve the quality of research communication through visual aids.
