Prof. Padma Amarasinghe and Prof. Jagath Premachandra of the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering were conferred the status of Emeritus Professor in recognition of their long and distinguished service and outstanding contributions to the field. The official award ceremony was held on the 1st of September 2026 at the University of Moratuwa.
