Dr. Thilini U. Ariyadasa from the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Moratuwa delivered a speech at the webinar, “High-Technology Based Techno-Entrepreneurship Opportunities for Sri Lanka’s economic recovery and resilience” on 17th November 2022. The event was jointly organized by National Innovation Agency (NIA) and Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA). Her talk was on “Microalgae: prospects for Sri Lankan entrepreneurs”, which emphasized on the potential avenues of utilizing microalgae for the synthesis of value-added products in a Sri Lankan context.
