Senior Professor Ajith de Alwis of the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Moratuwa was appointed to serve as an advisor for the Sri Lanka Association for Quality and Productivity (SLAAQP) which was founded in 1996 and was the successor to the Quality Circle Association of Sri Lanka, established in 1989. SLAAQP is a nonprofit making organization of Professionals aiming to contribute their time and knowledge to uplift the quality and productivity in our nation.
