
Applications are now open for the 4th Intake (2026) of the Master of Science in Energy for Circular Economy, a fully online, SLQF Level 10 and UGC-approved postgraduate programme jointly offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka, University of Moratuwa, University of Peradeniya, and University of Ruhuna.
The programme is offered in collaboration with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Sweden), University of Twente (Netherlands), and CentraleSupélec (France), and is co-funded by the European Union. It focuses on developing expertise to support sustainable and circular energy systems.
The application period is open from 18 December 2025 to 3 February 2026 with an application fee of LKR 5,000. The programme is delivered fully online.

The programme has a minimum duration of two years. The programme fee is LKR 425,000 for Sri Lankan students and USD 2,500 for foreign students. Applicants must meet the entry requirements and pass a selection process.
