As another milestone of ‘Katha-Baha’ session organized by Department of Chemical and Process Engineering (DCPE), University of Moratuwa, an interactive lecture was conducted by Mr. Ramesh Nanayakkara who is an operations manager in Ceylon Tobacco Company (a subsidiary of British American Tobacco). Mr. Ramesh is one of DCPE alumni member graduated in 2004 and now a Seasoned Operations Manager with 14+ years of cross industry experience. He shared his experiences with several of top tier companies in Sri Lanka and discuss the development of his career with them. His speech motivated the undergraduates and inspired them. Moreover, this Katha-Baha session fulfilled the needs of department’s career guidance program in-order to align undergraduates for the industry.
