A conference publication titled ‘Modelling Adsorption Kinetics for Removal of Basic Red 18 Dye from Aqueous Solutions using Magnetic Particles Loaded Tea Waste ’, authored by Mses. A. M. P. Madhubashani and K. M. N. S. Sewwandi, and Prof. B. M. W. P. K. Amarasinghe of the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering of University of Moratuwa was presented at the IESL-YMS Technical E-Conference on 29th October 2020. This work was focused on analyzing the effects of various parameters for the adsorption process and determination of preferred kinetic models based on the equilibrium data obtained from the experimental studies conducted in order to determine the possibility of the removal of Basic Red 18 (BR18) textile dye from aqueous solutions using Magnetic Particles Loaded Tea Waste (MPLTW).
