Prof. Ajith De Alwis was appointed as a Commission member of the Intellectual Property Advisory Commission of the Ministry of Science Technology and Research. This was a reappointment to a position continuing since 2016 when the IP Advisory Commission came under Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
