Prof. Udayanga Hemapala has been appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering

The department congratulates Prof. Udayanga Hemapala, former head of the Department of Electrical Engineering, who was elected as the Dean of Faculty of Engineering of University of Moratuwa, with effect from 20^th October 2022. 
We would like to express our appreciation to Prof. Udayanga Hemapala for serving the department for two years in his capacity as the Head of the Department. We thank him for giving a good leadership to bring the department to a higher level and for taking timely actions to develop the department in many aspects. We congratulate him on the new appointment and wish him a very successful rewarding career in the Faculty.
