Dr. R M M Ruwanthika resumed duties in the post of Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Electrical Engineering with effect from 10th August 2022. The department would like to congratulate her for successful completion of PhD degree under the supervision of Prof. Seiichiro Katsura at the Department of System Design Engineering, Keio University, Japan. Her PhD research focused on excess force reduction in bilateral control for precise and safe operation. Dr R M M Ruwanthika received the B.Sc. (Eng.) degree in Electrical Engineering as well as MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. The department wishes her a long, happy, and rewarding career.
