The Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Moratuwa, has received a donation of three Hanwha Collaborative Robot Arms (Model HCR-5) along with controllers from PBA Systems Pte Ltd, Singapore.
This donation was facilitated through the initiative of Mr. Malith Jayawardhane, an alumnus of the Department and currently serving as an Application Engineer at PBA Systems. The equipment holds substantial educational and research value and will be employed in the Robotics and Control Laboratory to strengthen both teaching and research activities in the field of robotics and industrial automation.
