Local Candidates
Local candidates are required to fulfill one of the following;

The Honours Degree of Bachelor of Architecture of the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. |
|
The Degree of Bachelor of the Science of Built Environment of the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and a minimum of 02 years recognized relevant experience after obtaining the said Degree. |
|
The Honours Degree of Bachelor of the Science of Town and Country Planning of the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and a minimum of 01 year recognized relevant experience after obtaining the said Degree. |
|
Postgraduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning or Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Development of the University of Moratuwa and minimum of 01 year recognized relevant experienced after obtaining the said PG Diploma. |
|
Any 5 year Degree in Architecture acceptable to the Senate. |
|
Any 4 year Honours Degree with related work experience in urban design, city planning, habitat design, spatial and physical planning of minimum three years after obtaining the recognized degree acceptable to senate. |
|
The full professional qualification in Architecture, Town and Country Planning, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Facility Management from the respective Professional Institutes together with related working experience recognized by the senate after obtaining the full professional qualification. |
International Candidates
International candidates are required to fulfill one of the followings;
|
Any 5 year Degree in Architecture acceptable to the Senate. |
|
Any 4 year Honours Degree with related work experience in urban design, city planning, habitat design, spatial and physical planning of minimum three years after obtaining the recognized degree acceptable to senate. |
|
The full professional qualification in Architecture, Town and Country Planning, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Facility Management from the respective Professional Institutes together with related working experience recognized by the senate after obtaining the full professional qualification. |
