How to Participate

  1. Students: Submit abstracts via the department call-for-papers before the advertised deadline.
  2. Industry partners: Register for exhibition stalls, evaluation panels, or presentation sessions.
  3. Researchers & alumni: Volunteer as reviewers, judges or guest speakers to strengthen the industry–academia dialogue.
