Vindula Jayawardana is a research student at the Data Science, Engineering & Analytics Research group of University of Moratuwa (UoM). He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa in 2017. He works on mathematical modeling of real-time high-capacity ride-sharing that integrates meeting points in dynamic and optimal route planning. Vindula is co-advised by Prof.Samitha Samaranayake (Cornell), Dr.Shehan Perera (UoM), and Dr.Uthayasankar Thayasivam (UoM).
