The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD)/International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of AHEAD Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Design and Construction of Lecture Halls and Student Services at University of Moratuwa.
