The Department of Facilities Management offers a four-year BScHons in Facilities Management which prepares students to manage building services, building performance, and other aspects of facility management in various industries. The curriculum includes an industrial training program, research dissertation, and hands-on assignments. The degree is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the International Facility Management Association.
