Vice Chancellor of University of Moratuwa met group of students, who recently won the  HSBC Youth Enterprise Awards (YEA) 2015. YEA is a Business Idea Contest jointly organized by British Council and HSBC. It aims to recognize and support young entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka to start up their own businesses.

We are pleased to announce that the Bachelor of the Science of Engineering (Hons) degree awarded by the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Department of Electrical Engineering have been granted full accreditation in accordance with the Washington Accord, by the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka (IESL).
