The Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Moratuwa in collaboration with industrial partners has developed applied steam engineering programs with intensive practical sessions in the newly set up fully instrumented steam laboratory. The boiler together with steam distribution and condensate return system catering mini Rankine cycle power plant, steam apparatus test rigs and various processes provide participants a real-world steam engineering experience.
