Adding Mobile SIP Client
The university's software, PBX, is ready to use with mobile sip clients. You need to download and install the Zoiper Client software. You can get it free from their official website.
Install it and run it. You need to configure the following parameters by adding an account.
Account Name: UoM
Domain: pbx.uom.lk
Username: <Your Extension Number>
Password: <Open a ticket in Helpdesk to obtain the password>
Auth Username: <Your Extension Number>
Use Outbound Proxy: enable it and give pbx.uom.lk
Now you can connect to the UoM intercom network on your own device. You would be able to get the calls using our new PBX only on the UoM network. Please note that all the above steps are only one-time work.
