“Unlocking Young Minds-2009”, the seventh anniversary celebration exhibition, was held at the Faculty premises from 14th to 16th May 2009. Professor Malik Ranasinge‐ the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor N.D.Gunawardena‐Deputy Vice Chancellor, Mrs Leisha De Silva Chandrasena‐Chairperson of Sri Lanka Telecom and Sri Lanka Telecom Mobitel and Mr. Wasantha Deshapriya, Programme Director‐ Reengineering Government, ICTA, graced the occasion as guests. The exhibition demonstrated award winning undergraduate projects from the Faculty, invited school projects and the latest innovations in the IT field along with stalls from leading software and IT companies and live demonstrations and workshops on upcoming technologies.
