Recent advances in information technology have opened new doors to broaden the horizons of human development in a spawning new set of dimensions. Furthermore, the proliferation of technology and the infrastructure development has established new frontiers of research. International Technical Meeting on e-Learning and Technical Communication 2013 is intended for dissemination and exchange of these innovations and new knowledge by providing a platform for the researchers from all around the world to present their findings and ongoing work in multiple modes.
