The Division is headed by a Senior Assistant Bursar and comprises a staff of 01 Senior Staff Management Assistant, 02 Senior Management Assistants, 03 Store Keepers, 05 Management Assistants, , 02 Laboures. The scope of the Supplies Division is illustrated as the Procurement of Equipment and Consumables and other Equipment Services from Local and Foreign Vendors. The Senior Assistant Bursar/ Supplies serves as the convener of all procurement committees, and accordingly, uses the fund allocation efficiently and effectively for procurement of capital and consumable equipment adhering the Procurement Guidelines (www.treasury.gov.lk/public-finance-guidancepfd/procurement-management/procurement-guidelines prescribe standard, specifications, local laws and regulations and international obligations.
