The inauguration ceremony was formally opened with welcome addresses by Dr. Mahissasa Rathnayake, Coordinator of the MSc/PG Diploma in Sustainable Process Engineering, and Prof. Manisha Gunasekara, Head of the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering.

A key highlight of the event was a thought-provoking panel discussion titled “Reinventing the Process Industry for Sustainability and Beyond…” — a platform that brought together experts from both academia and industry.

To appreciate the participation of the resource persons at the inauguration of the MSc/PG Diploma in Sustainable Process Engineering – Intake 2025/26, a felicitation was presented during the event.
