Director of Research Professor N. Narendran and Associate Director Professor Russell P. Leslie from Lighting Research Center New york, USA visited the University of Moratuwa on March 18, 2015 and discussed about the mutually important areas.

Korean delegates including Professor Synn Ilhi, President and Professor Kim, Seon Jung, Dean, International Office from KeimyungUniversity, Korea visited University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka on 24th March 2015 and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) about student/staff exchange programmes, research activities and etc.

A team of academics of the University of Oulu, Finland led by Professor Matti Latva-Aho, Head, Department of Communication Engineering met the Vice Chancellor Professor Ananda Jayewardane, University of Moratuwa on 24th March 2015 and signed a General Memorandum of Understanding for Academic Cooperation
