Deployment of error control (channel) coding to achieve a high reliability and use of network coding to achieve a high spectral efficiency in two-way wireless relay systems have been practiced over the years. However, the existing joint channel decoding, and network coding algorithms developed for two-way wireless relay systems cannot achieve a good reliability-spectral efficiency tradeoff in aforementioned, rapidly popularizing multi-way wireless relay system. Hence, this research was aimed at developing joint channel-network coding (JCNC) algorithms for multi-way wireless relay system, which achieve an improved trade-off between reliability and spectral efficiency. The performances of the proposed algorithms were extensively investigated using computer simulations and were observed to be superior to all the existing JCNC algorithms. With the ever-increasing high demand for a wide array of IoT applications, the developed algorithms will be of immense value to the society. this post on An Initiative by MoraMinds
