Introduction
The Division is headed by a Senior Assistant Registrar, and its staff consists of 01 Project Manager, 02 Senior Staff Management Assistants, 01 Draughtsman, 04 Management Assistants, and 01 Office Assistant.
Scope of the Division
- Handling Major / Minor Constructions
- Handling Rehabilitation Works
- Supply and Fixing of Vertical Blinds and Curtains
- Payment of Residential Telephone and Mobile Phone Bills of Eligible Staff
- Issuing USB Modems for Academic and Administrative Officers
- Providing Intercom Facilities
- Maintenance of telephone/ intercom facilities
- Coordinating wi-fi facilities for Hostels
- Procurement & Payment of Cleaning Services Contracts.
- Administration of the services of Food outlets at Zentra court premises
