Postgraduate research coordinator - • Attending all Faculty Higher Degree Committee meetings • Liaising with the Head of the Department and the Supervisor to nominate a Progress Review panel for each Post Graduate student. • Organizing and Participating in the Progress Review for all Post Graduate students in the Department. • Liaising with the Head of the Department and Supervisor to nominate an Examination Panel for each Post Graduate student. • Participating as a silent observer / logistics and coordination, at the Thesis Defenses of all Post Graduate students in the Department. • Attending to administrative duties relating to matters arising with post graduate student requests • Providing any form of support to motivate students to complete their post graduate studies on time. Department representative FARU - • Attending FARU committee meetings • Updating staff and students of the Department of Architecture regarding events organized by FARU • Coordinating student and staff participation during the FARU International Research Conference • Assigning reviewers for papers submitted to the FARU International Research Conference from the Department of Architecture • Research paper reviewer for the FARU International Research Conference • Session Co-Chair - FARU International Research Conference • Session Chair - FARU International Research Conference • Coordinating activities during the FARU International Research Conference • Member of the selection team for papers to be published in the FARU journal • Editorial duties in selected FARU journal publications (2018 To 2024)
