Workshops conducted from July 2018 – January 2019 as a part of the study "a study on ragging and sexual and gender based violence in the Sri Lankan university system & implementing / proposing interventions and mechanisms for combating ragging and sexual and gender based violence in the Sri Lankan university system", embarked by the UGC and funded by UNICEF (Participated as University of Moratuwa Research Coordinator appointed by the Vice Chancellor).
- Workshop 1 - Formulating a proposed conceptualization of Ragging and SGBV held on 16th July 2018 at the UGC from 9.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m.
- Workshop 2 - Empowerment of Research coordinators in data collection, data analysis and submission of university wise report on Findings held on 26th July 2018 at the UGC from 9.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m.
- Follow up Workshops 3- 8 held on 16th -17th August, 30th August, 14th September, 12th October, 9th November and 7th December at the UGC from 9.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m.Sri Lanka Army Women’s Symposium – 2018 :’Women; the bedrock of peace and sustainable development’, organized by Sri Lanka Army women’s corps held on 4th December 2018 at BMICH Colombo.
