UoM Research Week 2023

The University of Moratuwa, Research Week 2023 will be organized for the third consecutive year from 30th November to 8th December, 2023. This year's Research Week will be held under the theme of 'Connecting Academics, Practitioners and Society: Shaping Futures through Advancing Multidisciplinary Collaboration'. The event will be organized by the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Office of Research, with the joint participation of the University's five faculties: Architecture, Business, Engineering, Information Technology and Medicine.

Research Week 2023 will encompass the following distinguished sessions;

Postgraduate Day
        - 3MT competition open to PhD/MPhil students in Sri Lanka
        - Research Methodology sessions for social science and engineering postgraduates
        - Fireside Chat: Appropriateness of ChatGPT/AI based software
        - Data Visualization Camp
        - Shut-up and Write session for postgraduates
        - Improving academic writing
