Standard 2.3
The Faculty/Institute adopts and practices the policy requiring the new staff to undergo an induction programme offered by the University/HEI as soon as they are recruited; ensures that the induction training programme provides an awareness of their defined roles and duties, and imparts minimum knowledge and competencies required to perform the assigned tasks.
