National Reading Month 10th Anniversary Celebrations : National Ceremony and Presentation of Awards
awardLibrary, University of Moratuwa received a special award from National Library and Documentation Services Board for implementing a reading promotion programme to commemorate 10th anniversary of "National Reading Month".
This award was presented for the reading awareness programme “පොත් කියවමු - දැනුම වඩමු” conducted for parents of children attached to WP/PIL Bodhiraja Vidyalaya and Sumudu Preschool, University of Moratuwa on 5th September, 2014 by outreach services division of the library.
National ceremony and presentation of awards was held on 28th October, 2014 at Sri Lanka Foundation Institute, Colombo 07.
