The FGS will offer the above Short Course starting from March 2020. Resource persons will be academic staff of the University of Moratuwa, drawn from across Faculties, who are eminent and experienced researchers as well as younger academics who have had formal training in Research Methodology.
This will be an interactive course module, with a number of hands-on learning activities. It is ideally suited for those currently conducting research or interested in engaging in postgraduate studies or a research related career in the future.
Those who complete the Short Course successfully will get a Certificate as per the university rules and regulations. In addition, they are able to claim credit for GS 5020 if they register for a postgraduate degree program at the University of Moratuwa within 3 years of completing the Short Course.
