Application Procedure for the 14th Intake - 2021 Batch
Closing date for applications: 17th March 2021.
Application form and other relevant information can be obtained from the Assistant Registrar of the Faculty of Information Technology, University of Moratuwa, Katubedda, Moratuwa or download from the following links.
The duly filled application should be submitted with a paying-in-voucher obtained from any branch of the Bank of Ceylon for Rs. 1500/= (being the application fee) drawn in favour of the Vice- Chancellor, University of Moratuwa, Account No 70993353 together with copies of degree certificate or other professional qualification certificates, relevant work experience certificates, birth certificate and the confidential reports obtained from two referees.
Your application together with other documents stated above must be sent under registered post to,(Please indicate “Application for MSc/PG Dip in IT 2021” on the top left hand corner of the envelope).
